Applications are processed after we receive the following documents:

  •  Birth certificate
  •  A copy of a valid passport with signature
  •  Diploma and transcripts
  •  Any other documents pertaining to higher education degrees or diplomas (within or outside Canada)
An applicant’s file is incomplete until all the above documents have been received. The application must be legible; any document that is not clear will not be processed.

You can pay with Interac, VISA, MasterCard or wire transfer. Please contact your Student Advisor for the form.

When our Admissions Department receives your application, we will send you an acknowledgement email and information about anything else you may need to do as part of the application process. For example, we may ask you to submit missing or additional documents. The application process can take 7 to 15 days.

If you are successful, you will receive a letter admitting you to a program. It is very important to let us know if you change your email address, mailing address or telephone number after you apply. If you do not, we will continue to use your old contact details, and you may not receive the information you need.

If you meet the eligibility requirements and submit all required documents, your application will be assessed. Based on this assessment, you will receive a letter of acceptance within 7 to 10 days.

If you wish to change programs, you must submit a written request to your Advisor and pay a fee to process your new request.

Your student file will be kept for 30 days after the start of the program. After that, it will be destroyed.

If you wish to cancel your admission, please notify your Advisor by email at cancel@avirontech.com as soon as possible.
