The Finance Department assists students with the financing of their tuition fees from the beginning of their studies.
Tuition fees are different for each program, and students are informed of the final cost once a contract is signed.
Students receive a detailed invoice in the first week of studies. Payment is required by the deadlines indicated in the invoice. If the deadlines are not met, the school has the right to deny the student access to the class.

Aviron Technical Institute of Montreal is recognized by Quebec’s Ministère de l’Enseignement supérieur, de la Recherche, de la Science et de la Technologie (MESRST) as an institution eligible for the Loans and Bursaries Program offered by the Government of Quebec. Students who are Quebec residents and cannot afford to take one of our courses may qualify for financial assistance.
To be eligible for the Loans and Bursaries Program, you must meet the following conditions:
You are not eligible for the Loans and Bursaries Program if you are serving a prison sentence. If you and your spouse are both students, only one of you can be deemed to be a full-time student in a given award year.

How to apply to the Loans and Bursaries Program online:
You must complete the Loans & Bursaries request form and send by mail to the mentioned address on the web site of the AFE

Aviron Technical Institute of Montreal offers a service of oaths for all documents needed specifically for the AFE. It takes 6-8 weeks for the request to be processed from the date the request is filed. You can follow-up with your request on the website: http://www.mesrs.gouv.qc.ca/en/aide-financiere-aux-etudes/ under the student tab to access your folder. When the request is processed, a Guarantee Certificate will be issued by AFE. Once received , it is your responsibility to have the certificate approved by a financial institution and the loan agreement signed.
Aviron Technical Institute of Montreal offers a promised timeline for all documents needed specifically for student financial assistance. It takes six to eight weeks for the request to be processed from the date the request is filed. You can track your request at https://www.quebec.ca/en/education/student-financial-assistance; click on the link on the page to access your Student Financial Assistance File. When the request has been processed, the guarantee certificate will be issued to the school in the News section. The school’s Finance Department will contact you about picking up the guarantee certificate . Once contacted, you are responsible for having the certificate approved by a financial institution and signing the loan agreement.

Between May and August | The MEESR will verify your income with the Ministère du Revenu du Québec. If you receive an income discrepancy notice, you must respond as soon as possible. |

On orientation day at Aviron Technical Institute of Montreal, students receiving financial assistance must provide a specimen cheque from the participating financial institution through which they will be receiving financial assistance.
