Admission Requirements For Local Students

Required Documents to provide with the application

  • Born in Quebec
    • Birth Certificate (Long Format) in French or English
    • Social Insurance Card
  • Born in another province
    • Birth Certificate (Long Format) in French or English
    • Social Insurance Card
  • Born outside of Canada
    • Birth Certificate (Long Format) in French or English
    • Social Insurance Card
    • Canadian Citizenship Card
    • Canadian Citizenship Certificate with barcode
    • Permanent Resident Card
    • Certificate of Selection of Quebec - CSQ

  • Born in Quebec
    • Diploma (DES)
    • Réléve de notes (MEQ) with a mention of (DES)
    • Réléve de notes (MEQ) with a mention of (SEC IV, English, French and Math)
    • MELS Equivalence of SEC IV or higher o General Development Test (GDT)
    • General Development Test (GDT) & Specific Pre-Requisites (SPR)
  • Born in another province
    • High school diploma from any province
    • Academic record or transcript with mention of SEC IV English, French & Math successfully completed
    • MEES equivalency of SEC IV or higher o General Development Test (GDT)
    • General Development Test (GDT) & Specific Pre-Requisites (SPR)
  • Born outside of Canada
    • A translated (French or English) original or notarized and original language copy of student’s transcript and High school Diploma.
    • Academic record or transcript with mention of high school diploma or higher education successfully completed
    • MEES equivalency

A copy of a valid passport with signature.

An applicant’s file remains incomplete until all the above documents have been received. The file must be legible; any document that is not clear will not be processed.

If you meet the requirements for admission, and you submit all required documents, your file can be assessed. Based on this assessment you will receive a letter of acceptance within 7 to 10 days. This is a general process; each file will have its own unique guidelines for online, domestic and international students. The process can take up to 2 business days.
