A graduate in Electricity can count on a rich and promising future within a vast field of opportunities. The electricity program prepares you to install, repair, and maintain electrical systems and equipment.

Graduates will be qualified to prepare engineering designs, drawings and related technical information, in engineering teams or in support of engineers, architects or industrial designers, or they may work independently.

Graduates can specialize both in the construction and repair of ships, in pipeline construction welding, structural construction welding, machinery and equipment repair welding or precision welding in aerospace.

This program will teach you how to use various types of software (operating systems, application software, databases, etc.) and perform your duties on computer workstations in stand-alone or network mode. You will also learn to analyze the architecture and operation of computer systems.

The Aviron Technical Institute of Montreal offers in-house General Welding training. This course gives welders an opportunity to use both their technical knowledge and their manual dexterity. They will acquire skills that meet various needs that arise in industry, where they will find many opportunities for work as skilled welders.
