Report to:
Reporting: is the act of reporting or notifying a competent authority (e.g.: security officer, teacher, administration …) of an incident, behavior, or concerning situation regarding the safety or well being of a person
Violence refers to any act or behavior that causes or may cause physical, psychological, or emotional harm to a person.
It can take several forms:
Physical
blows, injuries, shaking, burns…
Psychological / emotional
bullying, humiliation, threats, isolation…
Verbal
insults, shouting, degrading remarks
This refers to any act, gesture, or behavior of a sexual nature imposed on a person without their consent
Example: inappropriate touching, sexual harassment, inappropriate sexual comments,
This also includes online violence or violence via social media
A well-being plan aims to ensure the safety, mental and physical health, and support of affected individuals.
A well-being plan may include:
Awareness, mutual respect, clear rules, and communication
Regular follow-up to prevent recurrence
Social services
Reception of the complaint
Analysis of the situation
Rapid intervention
Follow-up and support
