More than $560,000 raised for children and their families, including $7,729 from Team Aviron. A look back at the closing night of the 35th edition of Pedal for Kids.
On October 22, the Aviron Technical Institute team raised a glass to 35 years of Pedal for Kids.
An evening to celebrate the 35th edition
The Montreal Children's Hospital Foundation brought together the participating teams to celebrate the close of its 35th anniversary edition. It was an evening of thanks, toasts and recognition.
We also heard how this year's donations are helping build the Montreal Children's Hospital's new dental clinic, which will specialize in caring for all children.
More than $560,000 for children and their families
Together, all of the teams raised more than $560,000. Behind that number are kids getting the care they need, close to home, and families who don't have to face the hardest moments alone.
$7,729 raised by Team Aviron
The Aviron team contributed $7,729. That number comes straight from the heart of our staff, our instructors and everyone who backed them, one pedal stroke and one donation at a time. Thank you to everyone who donated through all of our fundraising initiatives in 2026.
Why we take part
At Aviron, we spend every day helping people build skills with their hands and a future in the trades. Days like Pedal for Kids remind us that the community we train for is the same community we belong to, and showing up for it matters.
Thank you to the Foundation
A heartfelt thank you to The Montreal Children's Hospital Foundation team for a beautifully organized campaign, from the first fundraising push to the last toast of the night.
We're proud of what we built together this year, and we can't wait to ride again for the 36th edition.
